Premier Inn in Lancaster is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests will enjoy during their stay. You’ll work with a team and see the results of your work quickly.

The role is a fixed-term contract until 01/10/2026, 18 contracted hours per week, with evenings, weekends and busy guest periods. This is a frontline kitchen role, not a back‑of‑house only position.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• First kitchen job or hospitality background welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
