Job summary

The Salad Project in London is seeking a part-time Team Member to assist customers, prepare meals and manage Click & Collect / delivery orders. This role involves bar setup, basic food prep, and maintaining hygiene in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of hospitality experience, strong communication, and a friendly, punctual approach. Opportunities for growth are available as the company expands across London.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Big smile and warm tone of voice.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in creating their perfect meal at The Salad Project.
• Recommend ingredients and menu options based on taste, provenance and dietary requirements.
• Create and package Click & Collect and Delivery orders.
• Mise-en-place of the bar before shifts.
• Basic food preparation and organisation.
• Cleaning of the bar / restaurant at the end of shifts.
• Maintain hygiene standards throughout shifts.
• Be a 'Sp' champion who is the face of the brand on a day-to-day basis.
