Job summary

Premier Inn Wells is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a part-time, permanent basis. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay, including breakfast and dinner service.

No hotel experience required; we’ll teach you. You’ll work evenings and weekends, with 12 contracted hours per week, plus benefits like staff discounts and pension as you build kitchen skills in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organised between rushes.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock levels.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
