Job summary

Premier Inn Cannock is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll work across breakfast and dinner service, joining a friendly team and ensuring meals meet guests’ expectations.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.
• Full-time permanent contract with guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
