Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for Bodmin to support breakfast and dinner service. You’ll prepare ingredients, assist with cooking and plating, and help keep the kitchen clean and stocked. A positive team culture and reliable attendance are valued as you contribute to guest meals.

This role offers 20 contracted hours per week, evenings and weekends, and a permanent contract with guaranteed hours. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour and there are discount and training benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
