Job summary

Premier Inn Bodmin is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals that guests rely on during their stay. You’ll cover breakfast and dinner services in a fast-paced kitchen, work closely with the hotel team and take pride in delivering meals that look and taste right each time.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service roles are welcome.
• Reliable and able to work in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
