Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member at Epsom South. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay, from breakfast to dinner, in a busy hotel kitchen. No hotel experience needed—people from supermarkets, cafés, pubs and warehouses have joined us.

If you’re reliable, enjoy teamwork and don’t mind busy shifts, we’d love to hear from you. This permanent role offers 16 contracted hours per week with guaranteed hours, day-one training and staff discounts

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• No prior hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
