You’ll prepare ingredients, cook meals for breakfast and dinner, receive deliveries, and support a busy kitchen with a focus on teamwork. This role emphasizes collaboration with the hotel team, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service

• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
