Job summary

Premier Inn Inverness East is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of guests' stays. You’ll work up to 30 hours per week with shifts that include evenings, weekends and busy periods.

You’ll join a team focused on delivering meals guests rely on, with training and support from day one. This could be your first kitchen job or a step in hospitality, offering opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and able to work evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a kitchen environment.
• Willing to learn and follow safety and food-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
