Job summary

Stonegate Group is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member/Porter to join our busy kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, help ensure high-quality dishes, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.

You will also support with deliveries, stock-taking, and collaborating with the Head Chef to meet targets. The role offers flexible working and opportunities to develop in a dynamic hospitality environment across Heritage pubs.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and hygiene.
• Experience in keeping kitchen equipment clean and functional.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation.

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen's performance.
