Job summary

Stonegate Group is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for The George in Rugby. You will support cooking and prep duties, assist the Head Chef with orders and stock, and help maintain hygiene standards to deliver great pub food experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, learning new skills daily, and contributing to a welcoming, high-standard kitchen environment at this traditional British pub.

Qualifications

• A passion for Hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills everyday.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at The George.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
