Job summary

Stonegate Pub Company’s Liquorist in Portsmouth is seeking a Kitchen Team Member ready to support the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene. You will assist with food preparation and help maintain a clean, high-quality kitchen environment.

You’ll produce high-quality dishes to specification, work with the team to hit targets, and bring creativity to improve kitchen performance. This role offers benefits and a lively pub atmosphere on the waterfront.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness is advantageous.
