Job summary

Stonegate Group in Grimsby is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support the kitchen operation at The Farmhouse in New Waltham. You will assist with food prep, maintain high hygiene standards and help the team meet quality targets.

You will work under the Head Chef, learn daily tasks, stock taking and orders, while contributing ideas to improve kitchen performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• A passion for Hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills every day.
• Assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at Farmhouse.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
