Job summary

Stonegate Group, the UK’s largest operator of pubs and bars, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for The George Tapps Bournemouth. You’ll support the kitchen team with preparation, stock checks, and hygiene while delivering high-quality meals for guests in a lively pub environment.

As part of a bustling kitchen, you’ll learn new skills daily, collaborate with the Head Chef and team, and contribute to a clean, efficient operation that keeps customers coming back for great pub grub and a welcoming

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail and quality control.
• Assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene.
• Maintain clean, hygienic kitchen and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
