Premier Inn in Belfast Titanic Quarter is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for 18 hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour.

You'll prepare ingredients, cook meals for breakfast and dinner, and keep the kitchen clean and organized. This role involves deliveries, stock management and close collaboration with the hotel team to ensure every meal leaves looking right.

Qualifications

• Reliable and team-oriented individual ready to work in a busy kitchen.
• No prior kitchen experience required; willingness to learn is valued.
• Ability to adapt to shift patterns including evenings and weekends.

Kitchen Team Member - Belfast Titanic Quarter / City Airport Premier Inn

Working 18 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

This Isn't Just About Cooking.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone's stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you'll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Permanent - we don't do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 18 contracted hours per week.

Location: 2A Queens Rd, Belfast BT3 9DT

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right

This isn't a role where you'll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You'll be part of a team that's working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You Don’t Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

You Might Have Worked As a

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.
