Job summary

Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager in Greater London to lead an energetic kitchen team, hands-on and front-facing in a busy holiday setting. You’ll cook, coach, and inspire staff to meet targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

In this role you’ll manage daily operations, budgets, and team development, ensuring guest satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere, with opportunities for progression and fully funded qualifications where available.

• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to keep operations smooth and efficient

What We’re Looking For

• Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef)
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification (desirable)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and resources
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
