Job summary

Premier Inn Frome is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager, owning food quality and hygiene across the operation, and you’ll be on a path to future Head Chef roles.

You’ll oversee stock, costs and service during shifts, ensuring menus are prepared to spec and that health and safety records are up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing rotas.
• Able to place food orders and control stock.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Join Premier Inn Frome as Kitchen Team Leader and grow your team.
• Own food ordering, stock control and food costs for the hotel.
• Lead service, manage workflow and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare, cook and serve menu items to spec and maintain hygiene.
