Cornerstone pubs is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring every dish meets high standards and customer expectations. You’ll support and develop the team, uphold hygiene and safety rules, and act as a deputy for management during peak service.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and pull together as a team when needed.
