Job summary

Miller & Carter, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader in Scunthorpe to support the Head Chef and lead a team to produce high‑quality dishes. You’ll train chefs, manage prep, and ensure menu execution with passion for food and people development.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations a must.
• Passion for great food and training people.

Responsibilities

• Train and motivate kitchen team to deliver dishes to be proud of.
• Help manage food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and safety guidelines.
• Support Head Chef in menu execution and daily operations.
• Contribute to a positive, guest‑focused kitchen environment.
