Hare & Hounds is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead the team with a passion for great food. You will train chefs, manage stock, and ensure the branded menu is executed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience training Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality food.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and maintain consistency across dishes.
• Proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and compliance.
