Navigation Inn - Harvester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead a team, master the branded menu and ensure great food and service every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen or team.
• Experience with branded menus and service standards.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations (food safety).

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
