Job summary

Hare & Hounds is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team in delivering exceptional food.

You will train chefs, manage stock and ordering, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while driving your team to meet targets and maintain high service levels. A pension, holiday entitlement, and employee benefits are included.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
