Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive high standards in our kitchen, leading by example and ensuring the team has everything needed for smooth service. You’ll support colleagues, maintain quality, and deliver consistent meals that meet specifications and customer expectations.

As part of Greene King’s ventures arm, you’ll be part of a creative team focused on pushing boundaries while upholding safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
