Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Prince of Wales (Wimbledon) to lead the kitchen during busy services, ensuring every dish meets high standards and that service runs smoothly. You will mentor the team, uphold hygiene standards, and deputise for management when needed, coordinating tasks to keep the operation efficient.

In this role you’ll motivate staff, foster teamwork, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
