Compasses – Harvester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train and motivate chefs, and help run a kitchen that delivers great food to guests. You’ll manage stock, assist with ordering, and ensure the team follows our branded menu and health and hygiene standards.
