Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Packe Arms, supporting the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of within Vintage Inns. You will lead a branded menu, train great people, and help drive performance in a welcoming, pub-style setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a branded environment.
• Able to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
