Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Curlew kitchen team is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Join Vintage Inns, a charming collection of rural pubs, and help create a warm, guest‑facing dining experience.

You’ll train and inspire Chefs, manage stock and food prep, and ensure health & hygiene standards are met while driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality food.
• Ability to train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
