The Antelope Inn, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. No CV required; our mobile-friendly application takes about 2 minutes and asks for the essentials.

You’ll train Chefs, drive targets with your team, manage food ordering and stock, ensure a branded menu is followed, and enforce health and hygiene standards. Join us and help every guest feel truly welcome.

• Ability to work with a branded menu and uphold standards.
