Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering great food and training your team. You’ll help shape the kitchen and ensure the branded menu is executed with consistency and pride.

You’ll lead by example, train and inspire Chefs, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and uphold health and hygiene standards across the kitchen, in a warm community pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
