Whitbread’s Premier Inn Cannock (Orbital) is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader. This 30-hour-per-week role pays up to £14.31 per hour. You’ll run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services.

You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager, own food costs, maintain quality and hygiene, and take steps toward more senior roles within the UK’s leading hospitality business.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a kitchen team and managing rosters.
• Ability to place food orders and control stock.
• Ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and managing costs across the hotel.
• Lead during service, organize the team and manage workflow.
• Prepare, cook and serve menu items to spec.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards and training records.
• Run shifts and help new team members settle in.
• Learn kitchen management for future senior roles.
