Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, Yeoman - Harvester, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be the master of the menu, passionate about great food and training great people, and you’ll lead by example in a busy kitchen.

Join a nation’s family favourite and help deliver fantastic service. You’ll train Chefs, manage stock and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Team.
• Strong focus on hygiene and food safety.
