Toby Carvery – Aldenham is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train chefs, manage stock and food prep, and uphold the branded menu while driving team targets. We value someone who can lead with passion and care about great service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen or food-prep team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen.
• Ability to manage orders, stock and food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive toward targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
