Chef & Brewer is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring every dish meets high standards. You will lead the team, maintain hygiene, and support the management during peak services, delivering smooth operations and excellent guest experience.

You will foster teamwork, coach staff, and model top-quality food and service in a lively pub kitchen environment.

• Proven experience leading a kitchen or culinary team.

• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
