Responsibilities of a Kitchen Team Leader

• Assist in food prep and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
• Consistently produce high-quality dishes according to specifications
• Supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
• Manage stock, ordering, and supplies
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Lead the team to achieve company targets
