Position Details

Location: Lambwood Heights, 244 Lambourne Rd, Chigwell IG7 6HX

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Days

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and lead the kitchen ordering of food & beverage supplies and kitchen equipment, including CAPEX items
• Complete and receipt POs for Goods Received
• Support the creation of the Annual CAPEX budget
• Produce kitchen rotas according to budget, including planning of team holidays
• Maintain budget awareness and monitor PRPD spend
• Assist with monthly stocktakes
• Reconcile weekly HACCP records, archive, and sign off with resolutions
• Check stock upon delivery, rotate stock, and ensure storage is clean and properly labeled
• Lead the K/A team and monitor kitchen cleaning schedules
• Create diet notification cards and communicate special diet requirements throughout the home

Requirements for Success

• Experience in Catering/Stores administration
• Basic Food Hygiene training
• Understanding of HACCP principles
• Experience in staff induction and supervision
• Computer literacy in Word and Excel
