Job summary

Miller & Carter in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train a high-performing kitchen team, and uphold our steak-focused menu. You’ll help deliver great food and a memorable guest experience, driven by a passion for excellence and staff development.

You will be responsible for stock control, ordering support, and ensuring health and hygiene standards are met, while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive the team to meet targets and maintain performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Ensure adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
