Miller & Carter – Nunthorpe, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to train great people. You’ll be the master of the menu with a passion for fantastic food and guest welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Help hit targets and drive performance with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistency of dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
