Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Miller & Carter Nunthorpe is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, coach the kitchen crew and deliver high‑quality dishes with pride.

You’ll manage food ordering, preparation and stock control, work with a branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene standards. There are strong progression paths and extensive staff benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen supervision or team leadership.
• Passion for training and developing people.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver pride-worthy meals.
• Drive targets with the team and maintain a high tempo.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master branded menu operations and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
