Job summary

Aperfield Inn, part of Vintage Inns from Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to inspire Chefs and the Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of. You will support the Head Chef, own the branded menu, and lead by example in training great people.

You will ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed, drive targets with your team, assist with food ordering, prep and stock control, and enjoy generous staff discounts, pension, paid holidays and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Familiarity with branded menus.
