Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring every dish meets high standards and customer expectations. You will lead by example, support the team, and keep service running smoothly during peak times.

You'll maintain hygiene, uphold safety regulations, deputise for management, and help coordinate the team to deliver tasty, well-presented meals. Strong English and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will…

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.

• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and making sure every customer receives the perfect plate.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
