Miller & Carter – Birmingham Hagley Road is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to back the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead, train and motivate a team to deliver great food using a branded menu and industry-leading standards.

You’ll oversee stock, ordering, and hygiene compliance while driving targets and guest satisfaction. Join a team focused on growth, with wide staff perks and career progression opportunities.

• Experience guiding a kitchen team to deliver quality food.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Miller & Carter - Birmingham Hagley Road, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
