Job summary

Greene King Pub & Carvery is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, support the team, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards.

You will lead by example, organise the team during peak service, uphold hygiene and safety, and deputise for management when needed. We value passion for great food and teamwork, with opportunities to develop across our brands.

• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
