The Queens Head in the Ember Inns group, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in crafting a kitchen to be proud of and to train great people while delivering excellent pub food.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Queens Head, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
