Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery - Coldra in Newport to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the branded menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

You’ll train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team, drive performance with your crew, help with food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards while delivering a memorable customer experience.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery - Coldra, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
