Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Toby Carvery in Bradford. You will support the Head Chef, train and inspire the kitchen team, and manage stock, food prep and ordering to ensure consistently great meals.

You will work with a branded menu, drive targets with your team, and uphold health and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and inspiring chefs to deliver great food.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff and maintain high standards.
• Experience with stock control, food ordering and cost awareness.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe kitchen practices.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery - Bradford, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
