Joining Toby Carvery - Coldra as Kitchen Team Leader, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You’ll train and inspire your Chefs, smash targets with your team, handle food ordering, stock control and work with a branded menu, while ensuring health and hygiene regulations. There is a pension, generous holiday, and plenty of opportunities for progression within

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on food safety and hygiene practices.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
