Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen crew and ensure smooth service. You will lead by example, support your team, and uphold high standards for every dish served.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to spec, maintaining hygiene and safety, deputising for the management team, and coordinating the team during busy periods.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You'll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
