Job summary

Hungry Horse in Amber Valley is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen crew and ensure every dish meets our high standards. You will lead by example, support the team, and drive efficient service to deliver consistent quality.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced pub kitchen, with a focus on hygiene, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. This position is on-site across our Hungry Horse branded venues.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals.
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and ensuring customers receive the perfect plate.
• Think on your feet and adapt during busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
