Job summary

Greene King's Hungry Horse brand is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to lead a busy kitchen, ensuring the team has what they need for smooth service and delivering dishes to the highest standards.

You will support your team, deputise for management when needed, and help organise during peak periods while maintaining hygiene and safety across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deputise for management.
