Greene King’s Pub & Grill in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the team, deliver high-quality dishes, and ensure smooth service. You’ll lead by example, support colleagues and uphold the brand’s standards in a busy pub kitchen.

You’ll bring a passion for cooking, strong hygiene practices, and the ability to deputise for managers during peak times. The role offers development across Greene King brands and a supportive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
